Decision tree

Universities are like snowflakes. Each university comes with its own regulations about which students to admit, which students to let advance to the next semester, which students to expel, and so on.

To address this diversity, Campus introduces the concept of decision trees. Decision trees allow administrators to capture such regulations in an intuitive and graphical way and provide the necessary flexibility to model the rules of a university to a T.

Besides their singular nature, regulations are not set in stone, as universities keep tweaking and refining them over time. No worries, Campus handles such drifts as well and with ease by allowing multiple versions of decision trees to coexist. This not only supports smooth transitions to newer regulations but even using different regulations for different faculties or departments. The possibilities are endless!
